A Day of Neighborhood Pride and Power

What is Neighborhood's Day?

What is Neighborhood's Day?

What is Neighborhood's Day?

Neighborhoods Day celebrates all the great work block clubs, churches, schools, community groups and local businesses do throughout the year in the effort to create a better Detroit. Neighborhoods Day events are held all over the city on the same day, from midtown to downtown, from the west side to the east side.

What is Neighborhood's Day?

What is Neighborhood's Day?

As a dedicated foster care and adoption agency, we are proud to participate in the city-wide Neighborhoods Day to strengthen our connection with the community, raise awareness about the needs of children and families in foster care, and build meaningful partnerships. We relish thi valuable opportunity to engage with residents, share information about our services, recruit potential foster and adoptive parents, and celebrate the power of community support. By being present and visible, we hope to inspire others to take an active role in creating safe, nurturing environments where all children can thrive.
